How Pentriarch Works

Authorized, continuous security validation - transparent from scope definition to final report.

What Pentriarch Is

Pentriarch is a continuous authorized security validation platform. It operates as an AI-orchestrated security specialist working exclusively under your organization's explicit authorization and within your defined scope.

Traditional penetration tests occur once or twice a year. Infrastructure and attack surfaces change daily. Pentriarch continuously validates whether your systems remain exploitable - not whether they were exploitable at a single point in time six or twelve months ago.

The AI is autonomous in analysis. It is never autonomous in authority.

No testing commences without your explicit review and approval of scope.

How Testing Is Controlled

You define the authorized asset scope

Domains, IP ranges, APIs, and staging environments. Pentriarch tests exclusively within what you explicitly include in scope. No out-of-scope systems are touched under any circumstances.

Pentriarch proposes a validation plan

The AI analyses your environment and generates a structured validation plan - specifying which checks will run, in what sequence, and against which authorized systems.

You review and approve scope

Before any testing begins, you review and formally approve the validation plan. No testing is initiated until this approval is confirmed. There are no surprises.

Controlled validation executes

The Pentriarch engine executes safe, non-destructive checks that simulate real attacker techniques within your approved scope. All activity is logged and auditable in real time.

Findings are documented, not weaponised

Vulnerabilities are confirmed and reported with full technical evidence. No data is exfiltrated. No services are disrupted. Findings are captured for remediation and audit purposes.

What the AI Does - and Does Not Do

Pentriarch DOES

  • Analyse your infrastructure for real, validated attack paths
  • Safely confirm whether vulnerabilities are genuinely exploitable
  • Generate prioritized, actionable security reports with evidence
  • Operate strictly within your approved and authorized scope
  • Document all findings with technical proof suitable for audit
  • Provide specific remediation guidance for each finding

Pentriarch Does NOT

  • Exploit, retrieve, or exfiltrate sensitive or personal data
  • Escalate privileges beyond what is needed to validate a finding
  • Test systems outside your approved and authorized scope
  • Perform denial-of-service, destructive, or persistent actions
  • Initiate testing without explicit customer authorization
  • Act autonomously outside the boundaries of approved scope

Attack Simulation - Explained

What is attack simulation?

Attack simulation means Pentriarch executes the same reconnaissance, enumeration, and exploitation techniques that a real threat actor would employ - but under controlled, authorized, and non-destructive conditions. The objective is to confirm which vulnerabilities are genuinely reachable and exploitable in your environment, not merely theoretically present according to a scanner.

Validation logic

Pentriarch does not simply scan for known CVEs and report them as findings. It validates attack paths end-to-end - confirming whether a discovered weakness can actually be reached and leveraged by an attacker in your specific environment. This eliminates false positives and gives your engineering and security teams high confidence in the findings that require remediation.

Reporting

Every finding includes: the full attack path taken, the technical evidence captured, a risk severity rating, and specific remediation steps. You receive both a technical report suitable for your engineering and security teams and an executive summary designed for business stakeholders, compliance officers, and external auditors.

You Are Always in Control

You can pause or stop all testing at any time without prior notice. If unexpected behavior is observed, or if you need testing to cease immediately for any reason, Pentriarch operates a clear and committed suspension process. All activity halts on request - no questions, no delays.

To suspend testing immediately, email security@pentriarch.com with subject: “STOP TESTING”. We acknowledge all suspension requests within 1 hour.
